I didn't have any onion powder AND my coriander wasn't exactly ground up but it was still amazing. I also added some chili powder since it was going to be for a bbq meal.
You must try these! They are very simple and perfect for when you need a quick side. I baked them exactly as the recipe said and they came out perfect... they were crispy on the outside but soft like a french fry in the middle.. So awesome! The only thing different about mine was a tweak in seasoning and I covered them in olive oil first.. the recipe used a dry seasoning, I used the seasoning but I covered them in olive oil first.. Probably because this is how I cook my french fries.. and because I just can't leave recipes the way they are lol. Anyway. I love them. You should try them.
