Well. Around here we love french fries. I love potatoes anyway.
So these potatoes were quite large as well I got like 3 batches out of less than 5 potatoes.
It's quite simple actually.
- Russet Potatoes.
- Bowl of cool water.
- Baking Sheets.
- Cooking spray.
- Oil (Olive, Canola whatever you like even vegtable will work)
- Salt (And/Or other seasonings)
Bake @ 400 for 30 minutes (also depends on how thick/thin you cut them if you cut them smaller you can cut the time in half)
*Check them after a few minutes you may want to flip them.
Once cooked let them cool then freeze on baking sheet for an hour or so, then transfer to freezer bag. Reheat in oven @ 350 for a few minutes (3-5). (May need more use your discretion).
