So this was just another small set I did for a family member in celebration of 2 years sobriety and a promotion to Head Baker. I enjoyed making this set and it also gave me the opportunity to make a TON of really cute sugar flowers to keep for future projects! This set is half peanut butter and half chocolate chip. I am really loving all these flavors!!! First things first, here's the sketch/inspiration for this set. I always love doing those and it's so cool seeing all the sets I've done.. and having a notebook for cookie sets.. Very neato. Look how pretty the cookies came out... beautiful blank cookie canvases =) I don't know how many of you out there are familiar with sobriety coins but I created a replica for the 2 year sobriety coin. Not too shabby... if I do say so myself.... Next up the bakery portion of the set! Hubby really helped me bring this part to life. He is my muse. Okay so even with how freaking cute these turned out they're not finished yet!!! We have to take a detour and make some flowers!!! I made a ton of flowers lol and they are sooooo cute!!! Now let's continue the decorating! I love how the bouquet turned out! Super cute! I want to do more of these in the future. I have a lot of star and flower tips and I need to use them more. Idk if I liked gluing the flowers on so much. I like how they lay when you pipe them fresh, even though I usually still have to wait for them to dry which is more time... so there is an advantage to having flowers ready. And towards the end things got a little chaotic, but don't they always? lol Ahhhh I always LOVE the fresh sunlit pictures that I get the following day! Plus you can really see the colors properly and I LOVE that! So here they are all bagged up! Thanks for stopping by, that's it for now!
Much Love! Amanda
