Hello! I have a double whammy to share with you today! My mom and my step dad share a birthday so they're going to share this post as well. I decided to do a "favorite things" kinda set for my mom and I made a steak dinner set for my step dad. So without further ado.... Mom.I mean... coffee first right?? I did a lot of wet on wet techniques in this set. I love how this shell turned out. Balloons and Confetti! More leopard print! I love making these beach cookies they are toooo cute!!! Okay so the Reese's logo was definitely a transfer but hey, that's still pretty delicate work... Pretty happy with how it turned out. And tada my mom's birthday set! Cookies for my Step Dad's birthday.Let's start with the epic fail cookie over here lol the dinner roll. I mean... it does still definitely look like a piece of bread.. but I guess I'm the only one who makes dinner rolls in the muffin pan so it was hard to distinguish LOL. I'm not mad at it though... he had bread with his meal after all... Hahahaha yeah I know... yes the steak was a foot... but it's a steak and nobody even knew it before they came here LOL. Still need practice with beverages... The free birthday dinner ticket was impossible to photograph. but I think it was a nice touch. Definitely my favorite food cookie ever so far. It was popcorn but is now peanuts. I love love love how these came out and my son and hubby were pretty impressed as well. Definitely my favorite of the entire group. The texture was painted on with food gel coloring and vanilla. Ah and then there's the loaded baked potato which, is a close 2nd... This came out pretty cool... I've used this parchment texture technique a few times now. Really cool the results you get! And bam 2nd birthday set complete! I did actually do this set together so I had a few pictures of the process with everything all jumbled together and it just feels right to end with these photos! And that's it!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Much Love Amanda
