But when we reach a moment where we can feel the tension or pressure building because he's bored.. and I'm "busy" so we just stop and meditate.
At first I wasn't sure of meditation. I wasn't convinced. Seemed like time I didn't have available to waste. However. It's the only thing I should have been doing with the time vs trying to push through the frustration because that really doesn't produce desirable results.
For example. Breathe in love. Breathe out frustration.
Breathe in fun. Breathe out irritation.
Breathe in happiness. Breathe out annoyance.
Sounds simple. And it is!!
Which is what makes it amazing.
It only takes just a few a short minutes to transform my energy and basically become a whole new person. Let the energy shift. Let the new emotion take over.
Literally. Let. It. Go.
Things all fell together once I stopped "trying" and started DOING.
Trying is resistance.
Trying... the word even sounds difficult.
We're not going for that.
We're going for ease... for all the light and happy feelings.
And yes it is possible to be unconditionally happy.
If you believe otherwise than that is your problem.
BELIEVE IN HAPPINESS.
It's there already. It exists inside you and it never leaves it's always there just waiting for you to stop being stubborn and finally let go of whatever negativity you're grasping.
I hope you are able to feel that happiness today!
