Monday:
Skillet Enchiladas
But I am going to use homemade tortillas.
Tuesday:
Crock Pot Baked Potatoes & Chili
My own recipe.
{Wash/scrub potatoes. Poke some holes in them with a fork. Wrap baked potatoes in foil. Place in crock pot, put lid on. 4-6hrs on high or 6-8hrs on low. You will start to smell them when they are close to done. Poke with fork to check for doneness, also works great with sweet potatoes too!}
Wednesday:
Beef Roast w/ Potoates & Baby Carrots
My own recipe.
Beef Stock. S&P. Cornstarch. Garlic. Onion. A1. Worcestershire.
Thursday:
Crock Pot BBQ Chicken w/ Homemade Sweet Potato Fries & Baked Beans.
My own recipe
Chicken. Chili Powder. BBQ Sauce. Red Wine Vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar. Brown Sugar.
Friday:
Mexican Pizza
My own recipe.
Ground Beef. Taco Seasoning. Avocado. Salsa. Shredded Cheese. Sour Cream. Homemade Tortillas.
Refried Beans.
Saturday:
Grilled PB&J Sandwiches w/ fresh fruit
{Lots of options.. bananas.. strawberries.. blueberries.. various melons.. pineapple.. kiwi.. I usually get whatever is on sale.. peaches.. apples.. any fruit really I guess..}

Homemade Chicken Nuggets w/ Homemade French Fries & Green Beans.
