Homemade Strawberry PopTarts

Hello hello!!
It may be against my better judgement but I decided to go ahead and repost this recipe.
This post is from 2016 which, according to the cool kids, is like, a whole different time period so please excuse the rough pictures.
I was younger, cell phone cameras and digital cameras were basically trash. You know, the good ol days LOL.
I do intend to revisit this post and try these again with some leftover tart crust I have so maybe that will happen.
I'd like to make some homemade jam too.
ANYWAY.
I'm reposting these because the recipe is solid AND I loved making these with my little dude who isn't so little anymore.
This is definitely something to try with the kiddos though.
Highly recommend. You won't regret having the memories of making homemade Pop Tarts together I promise you that.
