HI!! It's been a while since I posted a pretty icing palette so there we go. Pretty greens and white. This is probably the most elegant and simple set I've ever done. It was a joy to do! They came out so pretty! Go ahead and see for yourself! As ridiculous as this may sound... I was SO EXCITED to use my Christmas Tree cutter for something other than Christmas. It's like I got an EXTRA bang for buck as if that was even possible because I've had those Wilton cutters for like 11 years now... and I still have them ALL. Excellent purchase. Amazon. Anyway let's get into the decorating!! I'm pretty sure I actually started with the Christmas Tree shaped ones because I wasn't sure it was going to work.. I noticed I even picked a somewhat Christmas green color and I was a little worried but man... it worked out great! NOPE. WAIT. HOLD ON. haha.... We gotta talk about colors first... I am a wild free spirited artist at heart so I love mixing some colors... I was so pleased with myself over this coloring mixing... lemme just say... So we gotta check that out first then we'll get back to the Non-Christmas Christmas Trees haha. Welp if you weren't impressed by that... I just don't know what to tell you. It's an amazing feeling when your vision starts to come together. Onward! You know... looking at my sketch... knowing that all 40 cookies needed to be flooded in white you'd think I would have been prepared for that... But I wasn't lol. Usually flooding is the easy part... I was kinda worried that I was having trouble just getting all the cookies flooded... meaning I didn't make enough icing and had to keep making more because duh... Amanda you're flooding 40 cookies LOL. Once that was all done and I started the designs I realized the flooding was the hard part with this set... so even with how simple this was I still learned some things... The decorations didn't give me any problems at all. Once this set was fully flooded with white I had them done in no time. Easy peasy let's get a photo op on my new placemat that I bought JUST for photographing cookies hehe... after the Unikitty set I realized I desperately needed a backdrop. I will probably get a few more in different designs.. cheap and pretty and easy to clean/sanitize! Aren't they BEAUTIFUL!?!?? YES. Yes they are. Let's wrap these beauties up!! Annnnnd that's that!
Woo those were wayyyyy simpler and most welcome after that Unikitty set haha! However, if you didn't see the Unikitty set I highly recommend you check it out. Thank you so much for coming to visit! I hope to see you again soon! With another beautiful set of cookies!! Much Love! Amanda
