Strawberry Rollout Sugar Cookies {Recipe}

Thanks for stopping by! I have a new recipe to share!
Don't worry I won't be too wordy. 

The Extras

You will need butter, sugar, flour, an egg, vanilla
​and baking powder if you want...
Aside from the basic ingredients you will need a 1oz bag of freeze dried strawberries and a few tablespoons of Strawberry Preserves-I just used the Great Value brand.

Crush up those fruit crisps really really really good.
Add that and 3 TBSPs of Strawberry Preserves and you're good to go.
You could also add a bit of food coloring if you really wanted them to "look" more strawberry. You could even use pink since red food coloring tends to catch a lot of flack.
The dough does come out slightly pink but once you bake them you really can't tell very much.
​However, the flavor is phenomenal!!
The dough holds up pretty well.
​I used it for this adorable Ice Cream set and I didn't have any issues.
